Mailing Options for Dental Postcards
We offer multiple flexible mailing options.
1. Shared Mailing
By using shared mailing you will save
significantly on the cost of deliver. Your
mailing piece will still stand out because of
the unique design and quality. The postcard is
inserted in some publication in your area. It
could be publications like Clipper Magazine or
your local newspaper (available options depends
on the area).
You will be able to select a geographic area for
delivery. Shared mailing usually requires a
minimum number of postcards around 10,000 to
15,000 that varies depending on the third party
requirement. The cost for shared mailing is only
$0.15 per card
2. Individual Mailing
This option allows you to send the postcards
directly to the addresses you choose. There are
two options to select from.

Geographic
based mailing lists
Allows you to target an area based on zip
code or mileage radius around a specific
address (example: your practice). The total
cost of mailing list, labeling and postage
for this type of mailing is only
$0.30 per card.

Criteria
based mailing lists
Choosing this type of mailing option allows
you to choose from number of criteria
combining geographic factors with other
economic and social factors. Some examples
of criteria that can be used are:
Household income, age group, age of
children, new movers, length of
residence, value of homes, number of
children, and more.
The cost of
mailing list, labeling and postage for this
type of mailing service is only
$0.35
per card.
3. Address Printing
If you like to mail the postcards yourself, we
can still help. We can design and print the
postcards and purchase a mailing list based on
your choices and print the addresses on the
postcard and ship them to you for actual
mailing. The cost of mailing list and labeling
(printing addresses) is only
$0.10 per card
(the design and printing fee is separate).
